- Photovoltaic Install, complete and functional put into service connected to building electrical system as shown on the electrical single line diagram
- Internal and External lighting
- Emergency evacuation lighting and exit signages
- Lighting installation including lighting control system
- Cable supports systems
- Generator system as per PCA A grade requirement complete with fuel tanks, pumps, initial fuel fill, controls etc. put into service ready for operation of building

- Provision for power supply to building signage with metering

- DAS and GRN system
- Lightning protection system compliant to AS1768
